Please find below links to an information sheet and an approval form for the publication of circulars and current notices.

Information sheet (instructions)

The information sheet provides general information on the approval form. It also includes information concerning the procedure, selecting "current notice" or "circular", determining the circulation (the addressees) as well as information concerning environmental protection.

Should you have any questions concerning applying for approval to publish a circular or a current notice, please refer to the information sheet first.
